Why not simply unsync the apps you don’t want there when handing it over? Or simply keep unnecessary apps unsynced anyway? The 144 limit can easily read “144 at a time” which REALLY ought to be enough for anyone 😉

Also, I’m pretty sure the password prompt shows up for ANY download if the phone has been locked, and never shows up if it’s been entered and the phone left unlocked. i.e. it is a once per session entry.

What it needs is a “allow only free apps” in the parental controls .. that would be hellishly useful. Or, a two-tier password AKA the SUDO system in Linux

Why don’t you just give her that Trusty N95 8GB you keep banging on about as “the best all round phone in the world” in your Video’s? Surely N-Gage would be a superior gaming choice for her? :-p

Imo it shows a serious amount of potential for the iPhone device as the graphics in this “demo” are on par with Xbox 1 titles imo, it’s getting an update too to make it into a fully fledged FPS, I think the DS and PSP have to watch Apple very closely if they’re not to get caught out with their own products…
