I did some research and became incandescent at the Vodafone attitude. If you knew the stupid things that VF have done for me in switching from O2, you’d wonder how I went so far.

But basically, I’m done with Vodafone. They haven’t changed. They’re arrogant, short-sighted, weighed down by poor processes and can’t handle the ‘detail’ in their corporate strategy.

Total ‘Fail’.

Reading your last comment there I just tried my voicemail button and lo and bhopd it dials voicemail! I’m outraged by this change! o2 didn’t say anything about losing VV when moving to the £20/month tariff with data! Tbh I never used it much, but when I did it was MUCH better than having the standard way!

Phonecall to o2 first thing in the morning is on the cards! At least tell me about changes I’ll be making! They didn’t even let me know I had to change my network settigs to get data back!!
